Hello beautiful people of the world
Thursday, March 22, 2007

I'm jet lagged. It's 4 a.m. in London and I just rediscovered Ilovemichellekrusiec.blogspot.com. Wow. Hardcore. I'm very flattered. Are you also responsible for the "Jerk it out compilation" my friends have been watching on Youtube? I think I came across this site (Ilovemichellekrusiec) a while ago but I didn't put it together that the author who has been such a devoted fan also came down to LA to see the Vagina Monologues. Thanks Amrayu78, you and Miss S rock. I have to admit, I get a little spacey after a performance. So, I apologize if I was a little out of it after the show.

As for the show, I did about 16 moans! And yes, I needed water afterwards and didn't have the foresight to have a bottle of water on stage. So I started choking during Tsai Chen's performance. I was trying not to cough during her moving performance and tears began streaming down my face because that little tickle in the throat suddenly turned into me hacking up a lung backstage!

London is freezing cold (apparently I caught the tail end of really great weather) and I am only here a short while, finishing up some work on True North which has been renamed Far North. I am trying to get you guys some press photos so keep checking back. I know I rarely update this site. You'll have to forgive me as my schedule keeps me busy. I am busy pounding the way in Hollywood and Zoe, my wonderful web designer, does have a life outside of running my site!! In case you guys haven't guessed it, I'm better at acting than I am with computers.

I do your read all of your posts though and am ever grateful for your constant messages of encouragement and support. Please know that your little bursts of thoughtfulness go a long way in my life here in Los Angeles. I may not respond individually but I am so appreciative that my work has affected all of you in various ways. More importantly, your support reminds me to continue working hard and to stay inspired. Expect a performance in June in NYC of MADE IN TAIWAN at the first ever Asian American Theater Festival. Water bottles armed and dangerous.

Love,
Michelle

Hi!Michelle!

Hey Michelle,

First saw you as the doctor in Duplex. I am a hardcore Ben Stiller fan but that scene with you was the funniest EVER!! You were spot on!! I know everyone loved you at Saving Face (absolutely amazing show...loved Alice Wu's directing! She's fantastic!), but I think you have a great gift of humour. Keep it up. By the way, I'm from Malaysia, so you've got a pretty international fan base =)

Hi, Michelle
I still remember the night that I knew you on TV first time in my life. I watched HBO that night. I felt asleep because my body was so tired after work. But I woke up the next day with a strong and fresh memory about the greatest movie that I watched. At that time, I didn't even know the name of the movie. So I checked the time schedule to find out the name of the movie. It's "Saving Face." It is a great movie. It's not easy to get it here in Taiwan. I try many stores. They all sold out. It was funny that I ask one of the shopkeepers about DVD. She said someone bought the last DVD just a few minutes ago. Luckily, I found it in 光華商場 (if anyone in Taipei want it you can try there)

I watched it many times. It really inspires me a lot. It also let me look the way I love my family and friends, and the way they love me. No matter what kind of the ways they are? They’re truly from deep inside of their heart. Even though“Love is strange”, it’s also so powerful it can melt steel. What do you think?

peace
Wain

hello, michelle, it's so exciting to see your new post soon. last time i left message for you here few days ago about the V.M. show, i actually still have some questions which i'm really interested in asking you, like why did you take the show and how do you feel of being a part of it. what do you think about the show itself in the American society? seems very normal questions, right? ha, i know you may not respond me about it.but i'm just so curious in your thought.

yeh, maintaing a web updating here is not easy. it needs time and so many efforts. but, michelle, you've been doing it so grate, at least to me, it is. people always have their important part of life. for yours, it is obviously your acting. i just wondering will you have some of your performace in Hong Kong and when would it be. =.="

Hi Michelle~

I'm waiting for your new show, Far North. It'll be released in Taiwan too?? I hope so. 2 weeks ago, we read about news of the movie in Taiwan newspaper. They focus on the other Michelle and Sean Bean's nudity in the story. Okay, okay, your Chinese name is also mentioned. Anyway, I think you play another different role against previous characters and terribly expect to see the show in theater. I'll call on all my friends 'n anyone I know to buy tickets!! Haha~~

Good luck~
